As of August 2023, the San Bernardino Valley College Foundation has officially awarded $511,227.14 in SBVC student scholarships, which is one of the highest amounts ever awarded in the history of the college in a single year.
In total, 426 students were awarded 575 scholarships, with some students winning more than one scholarship.
“I am so thankful to the SBVC Foundation for their dedicated and unwavering commitment to helping fund scholarships for our deserving students,” said interim president Dr. Linda Fontanilla. “We know these funds will go far in assisting them on their academic journey and help them enter brilliant future careers.”
